You hereby consent to receive text messages (SMS), other messages via your accounts on Third-party Messaging Apps, as well as calls and emails from Clients (if you are an Applicant) and from Applicants (if you are a Client) in connection with and through the Services at such phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information you provide through or in connection with Services or Website. You agree that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Website, Content, or Service, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, server, software, operating system, networking, web servers, long distance and local telephone service (collectively, "Equipment"). You shall be responsible for ensuring that such Equipment is compatible with the Website, Content, or Service (and, to the extent applicable, the Software, as defined below) and complies with all configurations and specifications set forth in the Company’s published policies then in effect. You shall also be responsible for maintaining the security of the Equipment, your account, passwords (including but not limited to administrative and user passwords) and files, and for all uses of your account or the Equipment with or without your knowledge or consent.
The Company's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Parts of the Website offer an opportunity for Users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data (hereinafter "User Content"). Subject to our Privacy Policy, by submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through the Website or Service, you grant Job Stock a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content in any and all forms, formats or media. Data subjects’ rights under GDPR remain intact.
Job Stock does not filter, edit, publish or review User Content prior to its presence on the Website or Service. User Content does not reflect the views and opinions of Job Stock, its agents and/or affiliates. User Content reflects the views and opinions of the person who posts such User Content. - the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the Company to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
- the Company no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- the data subject has objected to processing, pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Company override those of the data subject.

- Job Stock offers an AI recruitment messaging platform that enables you to communicate with Job Stock via mobile technology. By opting-in, you agree to receive up to 4 reminders to complete an application, auto dialed, or prerecorded mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. You acknowledge that, depending on your interactions with a person or organization via the Platform, you may receive general inquiries and frequent messaging may occur. Without limitation, you may receive messages regarding the following: open positions, updates from recruiters, upcoming events, hiring process updates, and direct (automated or unique) messages from recruiters using the Platform.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Generally, we charge Clients based on the number of Applicant’s interviewed per month by Job Stock. Applicants may use the Website, apps and the Service for free. Costs and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice in Company’s sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. Unless otherwise elected by Company in a particular instance, you hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, State of Delaware.
All processes, related to data subjects’ personal data under GDPR processing, shall be governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data, and Repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Indemnification

Job Stock shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit or demand. Job Stock reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification under this section. In such case, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting the Company’s defense of such matter.
Claims of Infringement

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these Terms and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Company in any respect whatsoever.
All notices under these Terms will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or email; the day after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service; and upon receipt, if sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested.
